Inside look on my Kittens in bow ties video!

Good evening friends! Today I will give you a small behind the scenes info on the video I uploaded last night of grandma's kittens in bow ties! The 2 little nuggets you see above are Peepers (in blue) and Pepper (in yellow). For all but one of the modeling photos, Peepers was the model.

Even though Peepers and Pepper are from the same litter, they have very different personalities. Pepper is more wild with an attitude while Peepers is very calm and gentle. Pepper wouldn't allow the tie to be put on until she tuckered herself out from attacking her sister.

Getting video and photos of some cats aren't easy but doing so with kittens is even more of a challenge and with black kittens gets even more difficult. They key is to tire them out a bit, so they aren't wiggly and to find an item that interests them. Also being able to quickly snap photos is a must because even tired kittens still have trouble focusing on one thing. When photographing a black cat, good lighting is a must if you want to see their features. Although good lighting is everything for getting good video and photos.
